The courses will focus on one of three topics:
* Gears (Thursday the 26th of March)
Gears are often something people have real difficulties with. We will demystify the gears, showing you how to set limits, replace cables and master indexing to get crisp shifting every time. (Not suited to electronic shifting.) Replacement cables included if needed.
* Brakes (Thursday the 12th of March)
Here we learn how to maintain our brakes and go through how to replace cables and pads. On hydraulic systems we cover pad replacement and how to look after you rotors and set up calipers, please note that we do not cover bleeding in this course. If needed, replacement cables are included.
* Puncture repair + M- Check (Thursday the 19th of March)
Being able to confidently fix a puncture is a great skill to have. Even if this is something you are comfortable with, participants normally pick up a tip or two to make the job quicker, easier and cleaner! We will also cover the M-Check – an accessible way to check your bike for existing faults and help look out for developing issues before they become a problem.
